The number of visitors to Norsk Høstfest was all time high in 2008, up 18 pct. from last year. More than two-thirds of the people who attend will travel between 150 and 1,000 miles to take part, organizers say.

The festival boasts over 200 artisans, craftsmen, and chefs who together create an authentic nordic ambience. Clothes, art, and jewelry are available for purchase while taking in the myriad performances and entertainers around the festival grounds. In addition to many food stalls, there are four sidewalk cafes offering tasty scandinavian cuisine.
